"Nice overall, though a little pricey"
I liked it, but I did keep thinking it was a bit expensive for what you get. Maybe I’m just more aware of prices lately because everything from coffee to dog treats seems to cost more now, but still. It’s nice enough and I don’t regret buying it, I just wish it felt like a better value.

I ordered from Ortigia Sicilia the delivery experience was frustrating. The tracking barely changed for days, so I had no real idea where my parcel was or when it would show up.
I ended up having to chase for updates, but even then the answers weren’t very clear, which just made me feel left in the dark. The products might be lovely, but if I needed something to arrive on time, I don’t think I’d take the chance again

"Lovely scent, but something feels off with the wear time"
I ordered a fragrance from Ortigia Sicilia, and I’ll be honest, the scent is really nice when you first spray it. It smells fresh, a little different from my usual perfumes, and I was excited at first.
But something feels off because it disappears so quickly on me. After an hour or two, I can barely smell it anymore, and even on clothes it doesn’t seem to hang around much longer.
For the price, I was expecting it to have better staying power. I really wanted to love it, but unless the longevity improves, I don’t think I’d buy it again.

Got the soap and candle set for my sister. Super pretty, smelled great, and the box looked nice enough to gift as-is. Only downside: shipping took longer than I expected.

"Service was fine, but I expected a quicker reply"
I had to reach out a second time before anyone got back to me, which was a little frustrating since I was expecting a faster response. Once they did reply, they were polite and helped sort out my question, so that part was okay. I just wish it hadn’t taken as long.

"Packaging was disappointing"
I mentioned the packaging issue, but it felt like nobody even read my message. The box showed up dented, and the wrapping felt really cheap, like it was just thrown together without much care.

"Nice stuff, but the checkout was a pain"
I ordered from ortigiasicilia.com and, like I said, the products are really nice, but the whole checkout process was annoying. The pages were loading slowly, and my payment didn’t go through the first time with no real explanation. I did get a confirmation later, so it worked out, but like I said, it just wasn’t a smooth experience. For the price, I expected the ordering part to be a lot easier...
